Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was given a HP Officejet 4650 all in one printer from a friend that hadn't used it for several years. I'm trying to set it up, but get a 'cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink'.  the printer has not been used in several years so I doubt if the previous owners had this service or used it. I do not want to subscribe. How do I get rid of this message to start using the printer?
