Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you need information regarding HP Instant Ink. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To answer your question: Instant Ink cannot be transferred, however, you may remove the printer from the old user account, and then you may add the printer to your HP Instant Ink account. 

 

To enroll you may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

You also have an option to unsubscribe from the Instant Ink Subscription as the service cannot be turned off.
