I have a HP OfficeJet 6950 All-in-One Printer which I have had for just over 2 years. The last time I changed the ink cartridges, the printer stopped printing in colour.
I went through all the troubleshooting steps with an advisor and nothing worked.
They sent me a whole new set of ink cartridges out to try and it still will not print in colour.
I have seen others post about this issue but nothing about how they finally managed to get it resolved.
I don't know whether it is worth me paying to take it to be repaired or whether if this is a common issue, I should just get it replaced?
I only do the occasional printing (most months no more than 10 pages a month) so it is not over-used and I am paying the subscription for instant ink

- Does the copy print out the same way?
- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

This is my print quality diagnostics page. As can be seen, it is black and white.
Everything I print, regardless of the application, whether it is from my phone, laptop or PC or whether it is supposed to be a colour copy, all prints in black and white.
As mentioned in my original post, I have already been through all of these steps with an advisor. Firstly through the chat and then subsequently with someone via call.
None of the troubleshooting worked and I was sent out new cartridges as a last resort. This did not resolve the issue of the printer not printing in colour. All avenues have been exhausted- hence my question to the community!
