My printer was working fine. I changed the ink and it worked a few time but now will not print and gives me a message saying that the Printer Head is missing. I have tried to reinstall but that does not work. I changed the ink again and still nothing. I thought it might have been that my company sent me a refurbished ink but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

I would recommend you follow the steps from the document Printhead Errors to resolve the issue. If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
