Trying to setup hp-instant ink but can not get a claim code. I have printed my “Congratulations” page and there is no claim code on it. I printed my hp-network configuration page and at the very bottom under “Microsoft Web Services” both WS Discovery and WS Print status’s show enabled. From all other instructions I need to “UN”-enroll myself then re-enroll? But there is my closed door. I can not find the HP e-print icon on my screen??????
