My printer is wired to my home network. It functions properly, is seen on my network, and I can print to it. Instant Ink cannot see my printer from the Internet to verify ink levels and send new cartridges. I get this message from the HP Instant Ink page, "Unable to connect to the printer. Check your connection and try again later." I also have an error message on my printer that it cannot connect to Web Services and I received a message today on HP Smart that the printer was no longer connected to the Internet as of today (11/30/2022). Software is up to date, and, other than the Instant Ink problem, all else is working fine, including my Internet connection for all my other devices that are currently online with no issues.
