HP's support system is getting very bad. After a power outage, I could not use my printer due to failure to connect to hp instant ink. Instant ink could not solve the issue. I was transferred three-time and disconnected. In all I lost six hours of my productive so I could use my printer. I am trying to setup network path for scan to network folder. No help after transferred multiple time. I have a carepack, and the HP's ordering system went down so no exchange.
One Nikhil in Mumbai team stayed with me and got the printer working. So, I could fulfill my commitment this afternoon.
After buying HP products over two decades, I will never buy again nor recommend it. Looks like HP is on its way like Sears and K Mart in oblivion.
