HP Pen

I bought the HP Pen when I bought the HP ENVY 13-aq0003na Full-HD Touchscreen but when i download the app to make the pen work it says it isn't compatible on this laptop.

Have I bought the wrong pen or is there a reason it isn't working?

The model is not yet listed in the Compatibility document and there are not any drivers listed in your model Software and Drivers Website -- I do find a separate reference that both 1MR94AA (HP Pen) and 2MY21AA  (HP Tilt Pen) are compatible.


I do not known which "App" you downloaded and cannot comment on that.
