Cant print wirelessly from Android phone, from note app.  use to in past.

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • Are you able to print from other devices?
  • Have you tried printing from a different application?
  • Are you using the HP Smart App to print from?
  • Did you make any changes to the printer or the mobile device recently?
