Hi I have just bought a new HP lap top. I have installed my printer but do not know if it is sending messages to HP for my instant ink which I was getting as and when. It has been a while since I received any ink.  So I do not know how to contact HP to make sure the printer is connected ok.

I understand you have not received the replacement inks from the instant ink service 

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
