I have change my ink cartridges for the first time using the ones provided by HP, but am now stuck with the message on my screen. I press ok it makes a click noise and then nothing!
Only way I can get to the normal
screen is opening the printer door. But obviously still can’t print! I’ve tried powering down and removing cable, looks positive then message comes back! Help?!

I'd like to help!
I understand the printer is stuck on a cartridge replacement error
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
