I have an instant ink account and the printer is continually asking me to remove & reinstall the ink cartridges. The only way to make the printer work is to remove the coloured ink cartridge. I urgently need a new coloured ink cartridge to be sent so that I can use it in replacement of the faulty one.
At present I'm paying for a service that is not being fulfilled and it's impossible to contact anyone at HP. There's no phone number, email etc.
Fustrated does not come close.

I see that the Instant Ink cartridge is not working.
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
