Hello,

 

I have an HP Deskjet 2700.  When I first got it setup I had to register for the HP Smart App to print wirelessly.  Today I was reviewing my Account Profile and needed to update the Account email and phone number as both have changed recently.  I was able to successfully do that but was not able  to change the Account username.  I read through a few help articles and all point that I should be able to change it but my account leaves it greyed out and unchangeable.

 

Am I allowed to change my username on the HP Smart App or do I have to close that account and create a new one.  Keep in mind I just use it just to have one I have no real subscriptions on it.
