Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All‑in‑One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Smart shuts down almost immediately after launching, I can't enter anything.

 
After 3-5 seconds, the window HP Smart that appears just closes. There are no requests at all.
I have a login to HP Smart, but only through a computer I cannot scan anything - there is a scanner only in the local HP Smart.
What can I do now?

Next Day: I was able to download the software for the HP Deskjet 2710e printer and finally got a scan tool. So I don't have to run HP Smart locally for scanning anymore.
