I am trying to sign in and it's showing an error and to contact HP Support, but I can't find any email address to contact them only the virtual assistant. Does anyone know what I can do? And I pay a monthly subscription. I used to receive ink cartridges on time when needs changing but this year they haven't sent me cartridges on time. For example, my coloured ink is nearly empty and I still haven't received them. Instead, they've sent me only a black cartridge which I still have ink in. I'm feeling it useless to pay for the subscription when I'm not getting the service. Has anyone experienced similar situations?
