HP 6265 Envoy printer. Black ink cartridge is empty but it keeps saying Cartridge Error. HP says on-line (because there’s no way to actually contact HP) that they will not send me any cartridges until the issue is resolved and the cartridge replaced. (This is an auto answer from Virtual Assistant).This will be very difficult because the last time they sent cartridges was December 2017. So now I am stuck in a catch 22. Don’t really want to go buy a cartridge since we’ve been paying a monthly fee since 2017. Not sure how to talk to anyone at HP to have them send more ink. Trying on-line or the phone just takes you in circles. Then I end up with an auto answer from HP to try the hp community again. Thanks for any help.
