It seems like HP is having a problem updating my address and closing my case, and there is no resolution. I need to talk to a human being.

Thank you for your response. My HP printer is HP 7640. There is nothing wrong with it. My problem was the change of address, which seems like it's not resolved. My case number with HP was # Edited, and it was closed with no resolution. I cannot get a human being to talk to me personally.

Also, to assist you better, are you referring to a change of address related to the HP Instant Ink service, such as delivery of ink cartridges or billing address updates?
