HP HAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT £4.49 LITERALLY FOR THE 2ND TIME AND I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT'S THE PURPOSE FOR THIS DEDUCTION. PLUS MY PRINTER IS UNABLE TO PRINT AS IT SHOWS THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH MY HP ACCOUNT 

PLEASE EXPLAIN ME WHAT IS THE ACTUAL PROBLEM AND ARE MY MONEY DEDUCTED FOR NO REASON.
