My printer was working totally fine until I subscribed to instant ink and my credit card payment lapsed. This resulted in HP disabling my printer and even after updating my CC info  my printer is stuck on a blank screen and is now completely useless to me. It was working PERFECTLY fine prior to this. Tech support says the only solution is to buy a new printer. Lol REALLY?? Thanks for breaking my printer and then giving me the advice to give you more money for a new one. There are tons of other customers experiencing the same issue on these forums, yet they want to tell me they had nothing to do with my printer no longer working. What a perfectly timed coincidence HP. Never again will I buy another HP product after this horrible experience.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
