HP envy 5020

I have signed up to the instant ink scheme and have been using it for over 4 months now and everything was fine. Just a few days ago when I tried to print, the colour prints were not good. So I I did a printed clear smear. Then tried again a few days later and same problem. Now there is an error message on my printer saying 'cartridge error' I have tried the community here and followed all reset the printer remove and reinstall the ink. Nothing is working. Please could someone help me. My ink has not ran out so I am not keen on going out an buying a new ink cartridge and still pay for ink subscription.

I have an Envy 5020 and have recently experienced cartridge error messages and a failure to print. I have received a new cartridge from you and added that in the last few days. I had problems before and after it. It sometimes works when I remove them and replace them and turn the power on and off as directed for a possible fix.

 

This is really frustrating as I need this product to be reliable 

 

Can you please advise me on how to fix this as soon as possible.
