envy 7155

Hi,

Recently the black cartridge of my Envy 7155 (#64 from instant ink subscription) didn't work. After taking it out, I found its circuit was kind of burn. Since at that time my subscription has been cancelled, I bought a new cartridge from Amazon to replace the broken one. However, my printer still cannot detect the new cartridge. I've tried many different way that HP suggests, like reset the printer or cleaning the electrical contacts in the carriage, but none of them worked. I wonder whether anyone has had this problem, if so, what did you do to fix it?
