My black ink ran out and HP hadn't sent one so I had to buy one from a shop. On installation it said it was a genuine HP Cart (which it is). HP have stopped sending me Black Ink carts as they say I have an unknown ink cart installed and they cannot judge my ink levels anymore. Colour is fine. Problem is - as I have no black ink being delivered from Instant Ink, how do I reactivate my agreement with HPInstant Ink and get the Black Carts to be delivered again please? I am in a loop of no black ink and having to get it from a shop - so no ink being delivered -so getting it from a shop.....and so on and so on......
