Microsoft Windows 11

I just replaced my HP ink Cartridge Black. It shows it is still full of ink but it doesn't print out clearly. I tried the virtual Assistant but that is useless. The diagnostic show the problem. I replaced the Black Cartridge and that resolved the Problem. I am returning the Cartridge as usual but will need a black Cartridge replacement.  I think this return cartridge should be junked.

If your reply is that MS has a problem. The answer is no you are incorrect. the INK Cartridge is no good thats all. I would like HP to replace it as HP has done in the past.  Thank You and Regards, George W.

 I resolved the problem by replacing the black cartridge. All I want is HP INK to replace the Bad Black Cartridge I have already returned.

I reset the printer and it didn't help. Alignment page printed only blue ink.
