I received a shipment for HP instaink and installed the cartridge. The screen is displaying the following error message:

 

"Cartridge Problem- The indicated cartridges are not communicating with the printer. If this problem persists, replace the cartridges."

 

The model that was sent was 63/302 65/304. 

 

The model that was removed before installation was 63XL. 

 

When I put the empty cartridges back in, it will communicate again and allow me to print, but of course the paper has nothing on it, as it is out of ink. As soon as I install the new cartridges that were sent by instaink I get the same error message and cannot bypass it.
