HP ENVY 6030e All-in-One Printer

I have HP instant Ink Cartridges subscription for my printer ENVY 6032e. Since my printer never worked it was replaced by a new printer. The new printer was supplied with old cartridges (packed in sling film). I was told that new cartridge will be supplied by HP under my instant ink subscription. However on installing printer instant ink subscription require that cartridge be installed. Printer doesn't take old cartridges as they are locked with old printer.

I'm looking for advise on how to get cartridge from HP or if only way is to cancel subscription and buy new cartridges.

BTW had enough trouble with HP and was ready to forego the printer and buy a new one but HP forced the replacement on me without cartridges. Printer was with me for last one year with instant ink subscription and was never used/ working.

Going by your response I felt there is possibility to resolve the issue. But after posting information as sought there has been no response. I request, please advise status even if it's in negative so that I can take alternative action.

Please appreciate that I planned a printer over a year back but is struggling with non working printer since day 1. It can't continue and need to look for alternate arrangement/ procurement.

Disgusted with HP and can't understand why replacement printer was given without ink.

Since there has been no response, since I had sent my subscription details, I purchased new cartridges spending Euro 30+.This seems to be additional waste of money. The printer won't work giving error TOO LOW ON PAPER although cartridge is full. Can't get web info page printed to check on claim number. Trying reset but don't expect any miracle.

After loosing money on printer (it never worked since purchase), cartridges and multiple visit to repair center and money spent to print my papers, there seems no option but to send printer to recycle bin.

Could you please advise HOW TO SEND SO CALLED NEW REPLACED PRINTER FOR RECYCLING.
