I have renewed my payment information, updated to new wifi, updated address. But my account says it cannot read my ink carts, printer is now flashing the info and wifi lights and shows the letter "E" and the number "0". It wont let me enroll to update my plan but still charged me for it.

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
Insert one ink cartridge at a time and check for the error.
