I bought this printer last October and I enrolled the HP instant ink right after I started to use the printer. My old ink ran out today and I changed the new instant ink. But after I installed the new instant ink, I cannot print anymore!! It said "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink."
I have checked the wifi connection and the printer shows as wifi connected on both the printer and pc. On the HP instant ink page my printer shows enrolled in HP instant ink (in the Printer Details) and the it also shows my printer is online. But on the left the refresh icon it shows "Cannot connect to printer now" .
It is really upsetting. The server can detect my printer online but can't connect it? After spending 2 hours trying to fix this problem, I still cannot print my document because the printer/server connection problem. I even ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor software. The problem is still there. It is so frustrating. Can someone tell me how to fix it?

Hi @KevinCWW
Welcome to the HP Support Community. Apologies for the inconvenience. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps:
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the computer.
Try using the printer to either copy or print using the Instant Ink cartridges. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Restart web services on the printer
Refer to this document to know how to turn off web services. Click here to know how to enable it.
Try printing.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
