Hello,

Please could anyone from HP support help me, for some reason I've been charged for a service I never agreed to and I would like to delete my billing information from my HP instant ink account however the billing info in my account or account does not exist all it says is "account profile", "View Notifications" and "Notification Settings". It does not show up in my account that I even have a subscription for HP instant ink yet I still have been charged by it on my statement please could someone help as HP support seems incredibly hard to access and it seems like support options are practically non-existent, all I want to do is completely delete my account and bank details as it's all too stressful as the account options for managing are dreadful you can barely manage your account info.

Thank you

Hi @Scoot03,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you have been charged for the service without being enrolled.

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Let me know.
