I received the tri colour ink and installed it into printer only to have the incompatible cartridge message come up.
I have tried to get an email address so that I can advise HP instant ink but cannot find one. I have been through the automated help many times and tried all they have suggested. Nothing works!
In desperation I have bought an HP cartridge today and installed it and everything is now working but I get a message from HP ink stating that it’s not their cartridge.
I would like a new cartridge sent to me and I will return their non working cartridge. Who do I email, phone to get this done?
