I have been with HP instant ink for a couple of years. Although I’m not blown away but the service, it’s good enough.
The issue:
I upgraded from my normal 25 pages per month to 1,500 for just one month and so paid £50 instead of £4 for a month. All fine.
however, after adjusting back to 25 pages for the following month, on 4 occasions through the month as although it said the change had been made, it hadn’t worked. The month on 1,500 ended and HP charged me £49.49 again for the second month. Although I then spoke to them and showed them the evidence of my changes and the dates I made them, they have refused to refund me the additional cost.
i have said I will need to contact trading standards and the financial ombudsman if they refused to return my money but all they have offered is the following month free of charge. This is of no use as the job I required extra prints for is complete.
i have escalated with HP now and am currently waiting for them to update me.
Has anyone else had a similar issue and any advice as you dealing with the issue with no drama?
