so i bought HP Deskjet 2842e 2 days ago from BestBuy and my ink got finished for about 6oth paper so i had this free 3 months trial with me called the customer service but they are so unprofessional and lazy plus have no knowledge like with every sentence he was using may be which is very irritation if you are representative you should know what you are telling me instead of may be, he could not help me in signing up for instant ink and he didn't even knew the procedure for instant ink free for 3 months which was printed on my box, anyways i asked him to connect me with someone who has better knowledge than him cause he knows nothing and literally wasted 1 hour of me on call, he put me on hold for like 15 min and replied my supervisor is busy i was so frustrated by then that its my right to talk to manager as per CRTC and surprisingly he didn't even know what is CRTC definitely that agent was sleeping during his training time because that's the very basic thing you should know when you are a customer representative. now he says that he can aske supervisor to call me back but isn't sure when he will call so i am really frustrated with this company already with this poor customer support system and i have only 1 day left to return that printer because of course with this poor service who would like to continue with and he just wasted my whole day because he was sleeping on his training time oh btw the agent name is Bobby and i will complaint wherever i can until its heard and solved.
