I am unable to downgrade my instant ink plan for the next billing cycle - when I try it appears to  state that I will be charged £9.99 once more for another month of printing despite that billing period not having started yet. Has anyone experienced this who can help?

The billing for Instant Ink is in arrears, you are charged after the end of the month rather than beforehand.  The £9.99 upcoming charge would be for the month we are in now.
