Office jet 3836
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

i recently bought Office jet 3836,

its been 1 day i have set up the printer and now i want to enrol for  my  instant ink free trail of 2 months.

my query is

- if i opt for the highest i.e. ~$10 dollar per month plan during the trial period and

after the trial period if i consider that  my usage is not that much,-  can i come back i.e. downgrade to the “free plan” few days before trial ends ??

Regards

AJ

@AJ_Mehta, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that you have queries with regards to your Instant Ink account.  To answer your questions-

Yes, you can downgrade the plan before the trial period ends but not to the free printing plan but the lowest plan which is available on the list i.e., 50 pages per month.

In case you'd want to opt for the free printing plan i.e., 15 pages per month you'll have to contact the Instant Ink support team for help.

Refer to the document FAQ's - HP Instant Ink for additional help.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
