Hi I bought a DeskJet Plus 4130e at Currys and it listed 9 months of HP Instant Ink with HP+ as product feature. However when i set up the printer, I couldn't see such in the account but instead require to register the paid plan. This is quite misleading and when I came here to the community page and saw quite some people encountered similar issue. Could you please fix this?

I understand you could not claim free promotional months
Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
