Envy 4520

HP keeps sending me the wrong color cartridge for Envy 4520 printer. My printer uses a 63/302 cartridge and HP sent a 65/304 cartridge. I tried to install the 65/302 cartridge and it was difficult to seat. I got a printer cartridge error from the printer and the app was not able to read the cartridge or monitor the ink level. I chatted with HP support with a rep that insisted the new cartridge should work in spite of my telling him about the error codes. Eventually he agreed to send me a new replacement. When. It arrived today it was the same 65/304 cartridge. I’m very fustrated with HP support and I don’t want to another hour chatting with a rep that won’t help me. Does anyone know a number for an elevated level of support that get me the correct in. I’m paying money every month for the replacement ink program. By the way I searched this site for compatibility and found a response stating that 63 and 65 cartridges are not compatible.
