We have been subscribed to HP smart ink since January of 2023. In that time, you have charged us every single month for ink, as we have never received a single ink cartridge. Our company is very unhappy with this poor service.

 

Our account shows the only shipment of ink you have sent us was the '1 Welcome Kit' in Jan 2023, and yet it also shows we have been charged every month since then for receiving absolutely nothing from you, despite our printer constantly saying it is low on ink and that you would 'automatically ship when we need ink' you have done nothing of the sort. We have troubleshooted this beyond belief and have received no help from your team whatsoever.

 

We demand explanation and assistance or we will be cancelling our account effective immediately due to your improper, poorly managed service.

Thank you for sharing the above information.

 

HP Instant Ink is based on pages, not cartridges. You can choose a plan based on the number of pages you would like to print monthly. Your monthly fee allows you to use our subscription cartridges to print your plan pages and includes ink or toner, delivery and recycling.

You can roll over unused pages month to month (the amount of pages you can accumulate varies by plan)
