The carriage on which the two ink cartridges rest only allowed me to change the tri-color cartridge. The black cartridge is covered by a permanent flap and I can’t move the carriage. I don’t want to force it.  Sorry the pix is upside down. The black cartridge is to the right of the pink. Any ideas? Maybe the black cartridge will be exposed for removal when it’s low on ink? Thanks!

@Jm0312, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that the printer is experiencing carriage jam, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
