Hello, I want to change the primary email address with my account. It was previously Person1, I changed it to person2, and I would like to change it back to person1. It keeps giving me the error "Username/email not available" even though it is a good working email and it was previously set on this account. Any email I try at all will not work, even new emails I create. I have tried signing out of all browsers and trying from a different computer including through incognito browsers. Please assist me with changing the primary email address for my HP account, thank you!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To change the email address for your instant ink account, please follow these steps,
1. Sign into your Instant Ink account.
2. Click Account, then Profile in the left menu, then Update Security Settings.
3. A confirmation email is sent to your new email address. Open the confirmation email, and then click Confirm email address.
