HP DeskJet 2732 All-in-One Printer

Hi I have tried to install instant ink cartridges onto my printer which I've bought secondhand but keep running into the error that I can't add my HP+ printer here and need to add through the app. 

 

I'm stuck in a loop of setting up the printer, then when the new instant ink cartridges I've bough have been installed it tells me I need to enroll in an instant ink subscription. I then try to enroll and when it can't find my printer I have to enter in the printer code which then gives me the error: 

"Your HP+ Printer can't be claimed here. This is a new printer that needs to be setup using the HP Smart software or app.

 

Please let me know what I need to do in order to have this printer function properly.
