My printer refuses to connect to HP instant ink and to print. It connects to the wifi fine. I repeatedly go through the process of setting up via HP smart app and it appears successful but then it tells me my printer is not connected to the internet. The blue wifi light is solid and when my printer prints an info page it tells me it is connected to the network but may not be connected to HP Instant Ink anymore. In my HP instant ink account it lists my printer but says it is not connected to the internet. I have no idea what is going on.

I understand the printer is not connected to the Instant Ink server.
Restart the router, the printer, and the PC
Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.
