HP ENVY 5020

serial number: [edited]

I have just cancelled my HP instant ink subscription, I inserted HP regular ink but the printer displaying this message:  "INCOMPATIBLE, THE INDICATED CATRIDGES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THIS PRINTER". I cancelled my HP instant ink subscription as I don't normally do much printing. I need help on how to go about this so that I can be able to use regular HP ink my printer. Thanks a lot.

@BARRY451, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The cancellation finalizes at the end of the billing cycle until which you can continue to use the cartridges sent by HP. If the billing cycle is over and you're facing issues with the newly purchased ink, follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.

If the issue persists, it could either be an issue with the ink cartridges or the printer hardware. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/cartridge replacement.

Hope this helps!
