HP Instant Ink has been unable to sync with my printer since 11 August. It says it is offline, but it very much is not! The issue began when I attempted to use cartridges sent by Instant Ink, they’re not being recognised. My info sheet says connections are excellent, but I am not enrolled… go to account page and I am enrolled, but not online… I have spent days with techs doing all the things they ask, and eventually we end up at Web Services which won’t connect… so, so fed up now, ready to sling printer out of window!! Can anybody help? Please…
