Hi boy no email no phone support. This is Jim-Dandy! So the cartridge I tried to install wouldn't snap into place. Turns out it is 50% bigger [64/303/804] than the original cartridge [plain 64]. How am I supposed to get this corrected? By posting a plea for help on the community bulletin board? Gee is anybody reading this? Hair-pulling time.
