Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi boy no email no phone support.  This is Jim-Dandy!  So the cartridge I tried to install wouldn't snap into place.  Turns out it is 50% bigger [64/303/804] than the original cartridge [plain 64].  How am I supposed to get this corrected?  By posting a plea for help on the community bulletin board?   Gee is anybody reading this?   Hair-pulling time.

Where did you purchase the Instant Ink cartridge from?
Was it directly from HP (through Instant Ink subscription), a retail store, or an online third-party seller?

Once we know that, we can guide you on the best next steps to get you the correct cartridge for your printer model.
