Two years ago my color cartridge ran out and I didn't have a replacement. I had to go to Staples so I could print.
I still had the black Instant Ink cartridge. HP suspended shipments of all cartridges but continued to hit my credit card each month. I recently found this out when the card expired and they shut down my computer. They are sending me a new black and color cartridge. They said they would forward my request for a payment adjustment but as of today I have not received a call or email nor adjustment. In two years I have received 1 black cartridge and paid them over $120.
Errors on my side...Yes. Horrible customer service on their side. Definitely.
