Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Despite regular printer internet connection HP are not picking up low ink on Black cartridge. No ink arrived in time so had to purchase cartridge urgently. The Tricolour is working ok and i get replacements in time. Does anyone have an email address in which to contact support about this problem?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
