Subject: Request for Full Refund and Resolution of Subscription Issue
Dear HP Customer Support,
Today, I contacted your team to stop the automatic payments that have been deducted from my account for over two years. My subscription for automatic ink delivery began in March 2022. However, I only received one cartridge of ink after subscribing. Assuming the agreement had ended, I did not pursue the matter further.
Recently, due to an urgent need to print, I resubscribed but still did not receive any ink. When I explained this to the HP representative, they asked why I had stopped using my printer. The reason is straightforward: HP did not fulfill its promise to send ink as part of my subscription.
The last automatic payment was taken from my account on June 24, 2024. After canceling my subscription today and being placed on hold multiple times, I was offered a maximum refund of only two months. This is unacceptable, as HP has been taking payments for over two years without providing the promised service.
I request a full refund for the entire period during which payments were taken without delivering the ink. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.
Sincerely,
Deede2
