HP2630 printer

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP2630 printer and am enrolled in instant ink. I’ve checked my account and I am enrolled. My printer has a constant flashing envelope with a drip icon on it and I understand the printer is telling me I am not enrolled in instant ink when I am. My printer will not print, nor will it photocopy. My printer is telling me it is connected to WiFi. My laptop is telling me the printer is all installed. The printer will not print at all, through WiFi or if I use the usb cable. I have tried troubleshooting through the HP website but am just going around in circles. The printer is fairly new and the ink cartridges are what instant ink sent me. I have spent hours and hours trying to sort this problem and am so close to chucking the printer out and buying another......not HP. Can anyone please help with any suggestions as I am at the end of my tether with this issue. A BIG THANK YOU to anyone who replies. Fingers crossed.
