I installed a NEW HP63 cartridge in the printer. The message is INK CARTRIDGE Problem - Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. I tried this twice - no joy. I installed the old 63XL cartridge - recognized no problem. I then re installed the new 63 cartridge. - same message. I took the cartridge out and wiped the contacts on the cartridge and the printer and re installed - no joy. I then removed both cartridges and unplugged the printer for over three minutes and held the power button to ensure no residual charge. Restarted the printer and then reinstalled both cartridges - same message.
