The black ink did not come out properly on recent printed pages. Worked on half a page and then no more black ink.
Just replaced the tricolor and it does print.
The printer, online account and app says I should be fine on black ink and does not let me order any cartridge. However, every single print quality report page or report page after the clean cartridge process shows no black ink on the page.
The virtual agent is not helpful because it always reaches the conclusion that the printer is out of warranty and does not take into account that the cartridge and not the printer seem to have a problem.
I have tried every cleaning and printing report available. I believe I need to replace the black cartridge and my history shows the last shipment was back in 2018. Yet the app does not let me order one as long as the printer considers the levels to be adequate. What can I do?Print quality report
