Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Hello, my printer works (I can print, I can print from HP Smart app, I can access it via its EWS) but my printer cannot connect to Web Services. It seems to be Unable to communicate with the Web Services server.
I have done
- remove, then re-add Web Services
- partial reset, semi-full reset
Each time - the connection to Web Services works for short while, then stops working.
My printer firmware is FDP1CN2022AR . It seems to be the latest whenever I check for updates.
